With that in mind I have noticed that no concepts have been nominated for COTW this week. Yes, I will be slightly changing the way we nominate COTW's but I haven't suspended it. Is it just a case of concepts not being worthy of COTW this week?
Also remember that the Penguins ReDesign voting is still going on. Click the PENGUINS COMP tab to vote, if you haven't already.
Phoenix Coyotes concept (by Connor)This seems like the most obvious use of the circle logo if it were to be used a the main crest. I would make the cuffs black instead of brick red and this would be a cool jersey.
Manitoba Moose concept (by Ryan)The possible destination for the Coyotes is Winnipeg. If they do they may be named the Moose. So, I came up with a new 3rd jersey for the team. I also created a new shoulder patch and inaugural season patch.
Las Vegas Shooters concept (by Bryan)Another city which interests the NHL is Las Vegas. Bryan has done a great job here identifying the Chi-Town Shooters logo as a better fit for a Las Vegas based team.
Cleveland Barons concepts (by Connor)Here's a city that the NHL had a dance with. I'd have to say they probably had some of the better sweaters of the 70's. Connor has done a really good job Edge-ifying them here.
Toronto Maple Leafs concept (by Mason)This is Mason's stab at the new Leafs' 3rd jersey coming next season. I think I like it. Only thing I'd change is the double outline numbers on the back.
Toronto Maple Leafs concept (by Tex)Tex had a very similar idea yet decided to make the shoulders blue. This is my choice for next year's alternate, with a different style numbers of course.
Columbus Blue Jackets concept (by Avi)A few days ago, Brian sent in an awesome Jackets fauxback concept. Avi took that concept and Edge'd it. I prefer the original but this looks sharp as well. I think Avi even made the same changes that Reebok would have made.
